Scheduling was easy and the young lady I spoke with was very friendly! The technicians, David and his partner were great! Very knowledgeable and quick to restore power in my kitchen. They were reasonably priced as well! 10/10 would recommend this company.

They are NOT upfront about additional cost. We ended up spending $235 just for them to use a computer to “diagnose” it. The receptionist on the phone should’ve made it more clear. Because i specifically asked her 3 times for any hidden cost. To be honest, just add the Date home protection plan to your bill. It’s worth it. They cover everything. Hoover will NOT be getting our business.

We had Korey come out the Friday before new years & he scoped our pipe and found it was collapsed. He was very knowledgeable & talked to me about our options. We were able to have a team sent here on new years eve where they got the whole job done in one day they just have to put back the toilet and vanity. The team included Kyle, Dustin & Lawrence & two others showed up at some point but I did not catch their names. Everybody was very nice and respectful. They got the job done amazing. I will definitely be coming back with any other home improvement needs we may have in the future. Thank you!!

We've had a VIP membership with Hoover for a few years now and it has been so worth every penny! It's honestly saved us a ton of money already. The technicians are always super knowledgeable and friendly. The office gets back to you quickly. They have a great automated text service that reminds you of upcoming appointments and you get both text and call reminders, and a text of when your technician is on the way along with a picture of the tech which just makes it feel very safe and reliable. We use all of their services for heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical. With the VIP program they don't charge you a service fee for coming out, and they have free annual inspections for all of their services. Can't recommend enough!!

Chandra was awesome and was quick to reply and get us scheduled! Very friendly. We had the tech Korey for a plumbing issue and he did a great job explaining what was going on and I was impressed with the speed at which this whole company operates. he got here quickly was able to get our drains draining again and he took the time to explain what he fixed today, what he found, and what needs to be fixed and what can happen if we choose not to do further work. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain all of this instead of just sending me a quote for additional work with no conversation. The extra time to help me understand really made a difference. Beyond that, everything that he explained and proposed was emailed to me along with footage from today and everything done before he even left. I look forward to working with this company more in the future since they do electrical and HVAC as well!

Absolutely ridiculous pricing! They quoted me $800 to replace a standard garbage disposal, which costs a fraction of that at any hardware store. Total ripoff. I understand labor costs, but this is pure price gouging. Went with another plumber who did it for less than half the price. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be overcharged!

Patrick has great customer service skills as he was professional and informative. He quoted and completed the job same day. Also, thank you Kelly for setting everything up. Great communication and service!! Thank you both so much for making it easy!

Korey Covington was GREAT!!! He came in did the work professionally, clean and speedy. Got my main drain cleaned and free of roots/debris in no time. Informed me of all options available to me even financing if needed. I will most definitely use Hoover Electric...for future needs. I highly recommend this company.
